In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20201013-31 dated October 13, 2020 on the captioned subject, Trading Members are requested to note that the following companies will not be shifted to Z/ZP/ZY group w.e.f October 26, 2020.

RR Financial Consultants Ltd (scrip code: 511626) has complied with Regulation 17(1); however it will be transferred to ‘Z’/’ZP’/’ZY’ group with effect from October 26, 2020, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. March 2020 & June 2020 for the Regulation 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.  

All other provisions of the aforesaid notice remain unchanged.
