New Delhi, Oct 22 (IANS) A Delhi court on Thursday directed the Tihar Jail superintendent to appear before it after former Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student Umar Khalid informed the court that he is not being allowed to step out of his jail cell, which he claimed is akin to solitary confinement, taking a toll on his mental and physical health.
