HP registers 264 new cases, five deaths

HP registers 264 new cases, five deaths

Shimla, Oct 21 (UNI) With the detection of 264 new COVID-19 cases, the total tally in the state surged to 19,621 on Wednesday.

Five more patients also succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths to 274.

According to a statement, 264 new cases include 68 in Mandi 44 in Kullu, 32 in Shimla 35 in Solan, 22 in Kinnuar, 19 in Sirmaur, 18 in Kangra, 13 Bilaspur, 10 in Hamirpur, nine in Chamba, two each Una and Lahaul Spiti.

Now toll increased to 59 in Kangra, 58 in Shimla, 36 in Solan, 34 in Mandi, 16 in Sirmuar 19 in Kullu, 15 in Una, 13 in Chamba, 11 in Hamipur Seven in Bilaspur, five in Kinauur & one in Lahaul Spiti.



Total tally went up to 19,621 in the state and active cases increased to 2636 and recovered 16676 and 30 migrated to other states.
