Five persons, including a man claiming to be a former HC judge, were booked for trying to trespass into the apartment of a retired woman Supreme Court judge in Kalakshetra Colony.

The incident happened on Sunday morning, and following a complaint from the security guard of the apartment complex, N Devaraj, the Tiruvanmiyur booked the case under Sections 294(b) (obscene language) and 448 (trespassing). Devaraj said the men reached the apartment on Paravathy Street around 11 am.
One of them claimed to be a judge, and told him that he wanted to meet the person residing in an apartment on the first floor.
When the guard told them that no one was was residing in the house, they started kicking the front door and hurling abuses. After being alerted by the security guards, a police team reached the spot and asked them to leave.
Sources said the apartment belongs to woman Supreme Court who recently retired, adding that her daughter resided there. Sources added that one of the trespassers was a High Court judge who was arrested and jailed formsix months in 2017.
