INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 493 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 90.6% to Rs 1.2 billion during the period as against Rs 12.3 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 78.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 5.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 23.6 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 9.8% to Rs 49 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 18.6x.
