Vijay Sethupathi pulls out of spinner's biopic '800', after Muttiah Muralitharan's request

Legendary Sri Lankan spinner Muttiah Muralitharan’s upcoming biopic 800 has landed into more trouble as Vijay Sethupathi, who was supposed to play Muralitharan’s on-screen character, has pulled out of the movie after facing severe backlash on social media for having signed the film. The move comes after Muralitharan himself had asked the actor to pull out of the movie as doing the film would harm his career going forward.
