Pul e Khumari Seven militants were killed in the army operation in Baghal province of Afghanistan. In a statement issued here on Monday, the militants had launched a massive attack on the main highway in the Kilagai area late Sunday to capture the highway, but thwarted the army attack and killed seven militants and wounded eight.
The statement said that there was no loss to the security forces in the attack and the army would continue to chase the terrorists. The Taliban group has not yet commented on the incident.
