Apparently, this election has become a question of survival for parties like Jap, RLSP, SJD, and LJP, who have entered the electoral arena. If these parties miss this time, they will not be anywhere.
The eyes are also on those parties which are part of the NDA and the Grand Alliance, considered to be the main rivals. For example, VIPs and we are contesting elections with NDA and we have to show our strength to save our future politics. If the Congress and the Left parties associated with the Grand Alliance do not perform well, then all these will become irrelevant to coalition politics.
Breaking the perception is the first big challenge
The first challenge for parties contesting elections outside the NDA and the Grand Alliance is to break the perception. There is a general perception in the state that the contest is just between the NDA and the Grand Alliance. If the same belief persists, the doors of better performance for JAP, MIMIM, SJD, RLSP, LJP will be closed. In the last assembly elections, many of these parties have paid the price for this perception. For example, parties like Jaap, AIMIM, SJD had missed opening accounts. Jap got only 1.4 percent, SJD and AIMIM got only 0.2 percent votes.
RLSP and LJP in difficulty
The RLSP has an alliance with the BSP, AIMIM this time. In the end, the party failed to make a place in the Grand Alliance and the NDA. The LJP, which entered the electoral arena on its own, also left the NDA in the end. Sometimes, the NDA or the RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha, who was with the Grand Alliance, is going to die or die. This time the party will have to fight the battle of existence after a weak performance. This is the situation of LJP. A weak performance will create a legacy war in the party. The party can also be excluded from the NDA at the Center.
The challenge of colleagues also increased
