Sub: Revocation of Suspension

Trading members are hereby informed that, suspension in trading of equity shares of the following company will be revoked with effect from October 22, 2020:

Further, trading members may also note that, securities of the Company shall continue to remain under Stage VI of GSM framework pursuant to Exchange notice no. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017 until further notice. Accordingly, trading in the securities shall be permitted only once a month (First Monday of the month) in terms of said notice.

Also, securities of the company will be a part of Special Pre – open Session (SPOS) for IPO’s & Relisted scrips. For information on SPOS, the trading members are requested to refer to the Exchange’s notice no. 20120216-29 on enabling Special Pre – open Session for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips.

All market participants are requested to take note of the aforementioned.
