PUNE: A jobless man was arrested around 7.30pm on Friday, within hours after he allegedly stabbed his friend, a kebab pav vendor, to death outside the Camp Education Society’s High School & Jr College at Hazrat Babajan Chowk following a dispute on Thursday.
Victim Obaid Muzaffar Qureshi (30) from Bhimpura and his alleged assailant, Nabil Shabbir Belim (26), were friends. Qureshi was popular among residents of the area and passers-by for his kebab pav.
