Tourists will once again start walking in the Gir Sanctuary from today.
According to information received from the forest department, the government has issued instructions to start the Gir Sanctuary from today, with some conditions and regulations related to the corona, after the situation of the corona epidemic gradually improves. Under the new rules, all tourists visiting the Gir Sanctuary will be required to use social distancing, masks, and sanitizers. Earlier, Gujarat had started two safari parks in the state from October 1. Keeping in mind the experiences of this safari park, it has been decided to open the sanctuary from today.
