NEET 15% All India Quota seats

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India will conduct the Counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, Seats of ESIC and AFMC, BHU & AMU. Candidates may visit website www.mcc.nic.in for further information. Candidates will apply for 15% All India Quota seats as per the directions of DGHS and Counselling will be stopped once the seats are exhausted. The details and schedule of counselling would be soon available on the websites of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Medical Education Directorates of States.

NEET 2020 Question Paper set in 11 languages

The NEET 2020 test paper was offered in 11 languages – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu this year. Based on the initial report more than 77% aspirants took the test in English, around 12% in Hindi and 11% in other languages.

NEET 2020 records over 85% attendance despite pandemic

The National Testing Agency said that the attendance for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) stands between 85% to 90% on September 13. The attendance in 2019 was 92.9%.

NEET 2020 counselling date

Once the NEET 2020 Result, score card and merit list are published on the official website of the exam - neet.nic.in, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will also release the NEET 2020 counselling date. Along with the NEET UG 2020 Result and score card, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will also release a cut-off list prepared on the basis of NEET UG Exam conducted on September 13 and October 14. The direct link to login and download NEET UG 2020 Score Card would be updated on the homepage of the website. Students can use their application number and password to Login and download their NEET 2020 Result and Score Card.

NEET October 14 exam: Three candidates expected, another 3 show up at Nagpur centre

Though only three candidates were expected at Nagpur centre, another three showed up for the exam on October 14. These three had not submitted their health certificates online due to which their registration process was not complete. Officials at the centre refused to speak to the media citing strict instructions from the National Testing Agency (NTA). However, based on information from candidates, both the observers and those from the host centre went beyond the call of duty to help.

NEET 2020 re-exam conducted on October 14

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) on October 14 across the country for the students who missed the exam due to COVID-19. The students who could not attend the national-level entrance on September 13 due to COVID-19 restrictions were given an opportunity to appear for the same on October 14 in various parts of the country.

National Testing Agency (NTA) on October 5 uploaded the scanned images of OMR Answer Sheets and Recorded Responses for the candidates on its official website - ntaneet.nic.in. The Agency also provided the facility to challenge the NEET OMR Answer Sheets and Recorded Responses. The candidates required to pay online a sum of Rs 1000 as processing fee for each question challenge.

NEET 2020 Result Date & Time

The candidates should note that the NTA has announced the NEET 2020 Result will be released on October 16 but the Agency is yet to announce the official timing of the declaration of results. However, as per sources, the NEET UG 2020 Result is expected to be available from 4 pm today.
