Six more lives were claimed by COVID-19 during the last 24-hours in Goa, taking the death toll in the state to 525.
Of the six deaths, three occurred at the Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, one at ESI Hospital, Margao and one at a private hospital in South Goa, while a 45-year-old unidentified man was brought dead to Hospicio Hospital.
According to the mortality bulletin released by the GMC, on Thursday, a 62-year-old man from Margao, a 70-year-old woman from Caranzalem, an 80-year-old woman from North Goa, a 74-year-old man from Bicholim and a 60-year-old woman from Sao Jose de Areal died due to COVID-19 infection during the last 24-hours.
