They have come to realise that they will really need to put their best foot forward to ensure immunity and an extended stay in the house. The contestants who are still in the house are Rahul Vaidya, Nishant Malkani, Rubina Dilaik, Eijaz Khan, Pavitra Punia, Jasmin Bhasin, Nikki Tamboli, Abhinav Shukla, Shehzad Deol and Jaan Kumar Sanu. Meanwhile, ‘Toofani Seniors’ Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan continue to make life in the house difficult for fresher contestants.
In the first week, we saw changing of loyalties, new friendships, growing fondness and confessions from contestants about their lives. While Pavitra tried to explore her bond, first with Rahul and then Eijaz, she also indulged in some heart-to-heart talk about her former boyfriend. Jaan accepted his fondness for Nikki from day one, and Rubina questioned the divide-and-rule of Toofani Seniors.
Bigg Boss 14 premiered early this month. The first week in the house was a dull affair with housemates indulging in unnecessary fights, not taking a stand and easily giving in during the tasks. Even host Salman Khan pulled them up over Weekend Ka Vaar. But the eviction of Sara Gurpal became a game-changer turning this week into a fight for survival.
The task between Jasmin and Nikki leaves Hina Khan and Sidharth Shukla at opposing sides. While Hina supportes Jasmin and thinks she won the task, Sidharth stands for Nikki. He blames Hina for being unfair and they get into an argument.
Jasmin Bhasin and Nikki Tamboli face each other in the balls collection task. After Nikki attacks Jasmin, the latter refuses to go easy on Nikki. The two slug it out and there is a major tug off war between them.
Sidharth Shukla has been a part of both Bigg Boss 13 and 14 and two things have remained common for him. One is the platform and the other is champi.
While we have seen Shehnaaz Gill as his champi queen in the past season, Hina Khan is filling in for her absence in this season.
Sidharth Shukla shared, "When I was young, my mom would say, school mein tere jhagada hua than na? Mummy ko kaise pata, Mummy toh school mein thi nahi! Teacher ne bola? Teacher kaise bolegi? Sachi bolo, unhone kaha. Haan hua tha. Sab theek hone ke baad maine poocha, Mummy aapko kaise pata chala? Bhagwan Mummy ko sab bata deta hai! Maine socha yeh kya Mummy aur bhagwan ka chal raha hai yaar? Meri koi life nahi hai kya?"

Post her eviction, Sara Gurpal said that she performed well despite getting an eye injury with Nikki Tamboli's nails in the buldozer task. Further referring to the task where all the fresher girls had to impress Sidharth Shukla to win immunity, Sara said she cannot give a lap dance to someone on national television. "Without considering that I was trying to play the game despite my injury, you talk about a task that I was not comfortable with. This is a show about character and personality, and my personality is such that I cannot give a lap dance on national television. Whether this is right or wrong should have been judged by the audience," Sara told Navbharat Times.
Revealed how her mother confronted her, Gauahar Khan shared, "Ekdum pyaar se, sote waqt jab hum dua karte the, pyaar se bolte the, Gau, aaj aapne jhoot bola na? Itna guilt hota hai na uss waqt, ke aap bol hi nahi sakte ke, nahi, maine nahi kiye. Haan Ammi, jhoot bola bol dete the. Ammi bolti thi aisa nahi karte beta."
