Approval to open school
The central government has approved the reopening of schools and coaching institutes. However, the final decision will have to be taken by the state governments.

Students' attendance will be relaxed and no examination will be taken for three weeks. The parental consent of students will be mandatory.
Most states, including Delhi and Maharashtra, have not yet decided to reopen the schools.

Cinema/multiplex will open after seven months
Due to the Coronavirus epidemic, the country's cinemas closed for the last seven months will be able to open from October 15 with 50 percent capacity.
Multiplexes and theaters with 50 percent capacity will be operational from October 15 in other areas except for the Containment Zone.

Cinema halls will not open in Goa until the release of new films in Goa
As per the central government guidelines, the Goa government has also given permission to reopen the cinema hall from Thursday. However, the owners of the state's theaters say that theaters will be closed only when the new film is released, till then these facilities will remain closed to the people.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant told reporters on Tuesday that theaters would be reopened in Goa from October 15, while the casinos would remain closed until further orders. He said the decision to reopen theaters has been taken as a part of the unlocked 5.0 guidelines of the center.
At the same time, a representative of the owners of cinema halls in Goa said that since no new film is currently being released, it is not right to open a cinema hall. Bharatiya Janata Party MLA and President of All Goa Theater Owners Association, Praveen Janteya said that theaters in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Delhi are not open yet. We will not open the theater until the release of new films.
