After being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs case related to the Sushant Singh Rajput investigation, actress Sara Ali Khan was snapped at Mumbai airport recently. Sara was called in for questioning alongside Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor.

34 production houses, including that of Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar have been represented in the civil suit filed against the news channels.
A civil suit has been filed before Delhi High Court by four Bollywood industry associations and 34 leading production houses, praying that the court direct two news channels and unknown defendants as well as social media platforms to refrain from making or publishing irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory remarks against the Hindi film industry as a whole and members of Bollywood. These alleged defamatory remrks came on the backdrop of Sushant Singh Rajput case and when NCB began investigating the Bollywood-drug nexus.

Actress Rhea Chakraborty, accused of abetting the suicide of her actor boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, urged the CBI to take action against her neighbour for giving “false” statements to the media to mislead the investigation in the case. In a letter addressed to Nupur Sharma, heading the CBI’s special team, Rhea said her neighbour Dimple Thawani had falsely claimed that Sushant had dropped her (Rhea) to her house in suburban Mumbai in his car on June 13, a day before he was found dead at his residence in Bandra.

Kshitij Prasad, former executive producer of Dharmatic Entertainment arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with the drugs case related to the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, on Monday approached a special court for bail. He has been put in custody under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act since September 26.
