Shares of Hyliion Holdings Corp. (HYLN), a Texas-based provider of electrified powertrain solutions for the commercial transportation industry, are gaining almost 7 percent or $1.83 in Wednesday's morning trade at $28.32.
Tuesday, Axioma Ventures LLC disclosed in a regulatory filing that it has acquired 16.66 million shares in Hyliion, representing a stake of 10.8 percent.
Hyliion Holdings has traded in a range of $9.50 to $58.66 in the past 52 weeks.
