Global coronavirus case tally tops 38 million

Washington, Oct 14 (Sputnik) The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) worldwide has surpassed 38 million, Johns Hopkins University said on Wednesday.
The case tally currently stands at 38,041,143, with 1,084,888 deaths and and 26,388,633 recoveries, the university said.
