Delhi Metro seeks feedback on flexible timings

NEW DELHI: To avoid overcrowding, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is conducting an online survey to study the possibility of commuters planning their travel in flexible timings. The link to the survey is available on DMRC’s social media handles.
“The survey is aimed at collecting information from the commuters on their ability/ possibility to schedule their travel in off-peak hours to avoid the rush. The questions are designed to cover basic aspects of metro travel, such as the timings, line utilisation, flexibility of planning the travel in non-peak hours, and whether the commuters have an option to work from home,”said a DMRC spokesman.
