Kolkata, Oct 14 (UNI) Trinamool Youth Congress president Abhishek Banerjee, MP, on Wednesday said the country's economy is "in tatters" as even Bangladesh is set to overtake India in per capita GDP as per IMFNews' World Economic Outlook.
