Railway board gives in-principle approval to 196 festival special trains

New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) In view of convenience for the passengers during the festive season, the Indian Railways on Tuesday gave in-principle approval to run a pair of 196 special trains.

An order issued by the Railway board said that these trains will remain functional between October 20 to November 30.

However so far, it is just an in-principle approval and the final decision to run these trains will be taken by the concerned railway zone.

The time table regarding these trains will also be decided by the concerned zone.

The board said that all these trains will be super fast and the fare will also be equal to that of special trains.
