Sikkim records 7 new Coronavirus cases and 1 death

Gangtok,Oct 13 ( UNI) Sikkim has recorded 7 cases of Coronavirus within the last 24 hours .

Information, Education & Communication Officer,Health Department Sonam Bhutia said with 384 active cases, the total number of confirmed cases stand at 3366, while 2844 persons have been recovered and discharged so far.

Meanwhile, one patient have died of Covid19 with comorbidities.



According to Sonam Bhutia 58 people have died so far. He urged the people to maintaining social distancing, wearing masks and disposing those properly,washing hands with soap properly. He said people should continue with these practices during the upcoming festival season Dashai (Durga Puja).
