Mumbai Indians opener Quinton de Kock credited specialist batsman Suryakumar Yadav for the intent and energy against the quality bowling line-up of Delhi Capitals on Sunday. De Kock and Yadav scored fluent half-centuries to help Mumbai Indians' register a convincing 5-wicket over an in-form Delhi Capitals in Abu Dhabi.
"When Surya came in, we just naturally assessed what we were dealing with out there. Did help that when he walked out there, he had intent," Quinton de Kock told IPL20.com.

"He was off to a flier with boundaries and rotated the strike. It helped me at my end too and helped me relax. We just naturally batted well together and toughed it out really well."
MI vs DC - IPL 2020 Highlights
Chasing 163, the defending champions overhauled the target with two balls to spare and claimed the top spot in the points table with five wins from seven matches so far.
"To be honest, I don't think I am brave enough to play any of them," Quinton de Kock opened up on Yadav's shot selection against DC.
"But if I can reverse lap Jofra Archer, I wish I could do that. That's about it."
"We are a team that keeps it simple," Quinton de Kock said.
"We know where our strengths lie and we try to bring them into every game. Once or twice, we haven't been able to and come second best. But we have a bit of momentum now. We have really good players on our team. If it's not one then the other is going to do that for the team."
Earlier, Delhi Capitals were restricted to 162 for 4 in 20 overs thanks to some superb bowling from Krunal Pandya and Trent Boult on a slow pitch in Abu Dhabi.
Shikhar Dhawan batted from start to finish, remaining unbeaten on 69 off 52 balls while Shreyas Iyer contributed with 42 runs but the rest of the batting lineup failed to impress in this crunch game.
