Mumbai power outage: No trading activity impacted at BSE, NSE, exchanges working normally

Key stock exchanges BSE and NSE said the exchanges were functioning as usual, amid a major electricity outage across Mumbai city, and the neighboring areas. “There is a power failure in south Mumbai. Exchange is working normally. The listing ceremony was concluded successfully for Mazagon Shipbuilders today morning,” a BSE spokesperson said in a statement. NSE too, assured investors that the exchange was functioning as normal.
