PM's car vandalised as Queensland election campaign enters week two

The Queensland election campaign enters its second week with the parties ramping up their efforts, with the LNP in particular boosted by a visit from the PM over the weekend.

The second week of the campaign is expected to see Labor and the LNP ramp up their efforts on the hustings, after both toured the southeast of the state over the weekend.
After getting a boost from the PM's visit over the weekend, the LNP campaign has travelled to Hervey Bay to start the week.
Labor will stay in the southeast today, expected to travel locally to make an announcement.
The week has started with the PM's car being vandalised during a stop at UQ to inspect work on the COVID-19 vaccine.
