Westport Art Group to offer outdoor workshop for kids

WESTPORT - Westport Art Group will offer an outdoor workshop for kids, "Leaf Painting Pizzazz," on Saturday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m. to noon, in WAG's beautiful backyard, 1740 Main Road, Westport Point. Using gathered leaves and an array of simple techniques -- a little painting, a little stamping, a little rubbing, a little drawing and lot of printmaking -- instructor Lisa Abbatomarco will lead the group in creating gorgeous works of art!

Geared to children ages 6 to 11, the workshop will take place outside, masks and social distancing required. No snacks please, but drinks are okay. The fee is $35, including all materials. The group is limited to 10 participants, so sign up today at westportartgroup.com!
