22-yr-old woman sets self ablaze in Palghar

Palghar, Oct 11 (UNI) A 22-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by setting herself on fire at her residence in Vasai town of the district.
The woman, Priya More, who worked with an advocate, took extreme step on Friday evening when no one was at home in Vasai gaon, police said on Sunday.
Her mother and sister who returned later in the evening found the charred body on the floor.
They informed the Vasai police about the incident who rushed in and sent the body for post-mortem.
Police found a suicide note beside the body, in which the woman stated that she was committing suicide out of frustration and no one should be held responsible for the same.
The Vasai police has registered a case of accidental death in this regard and are probing into the incident, sources added.
