Rashid Khan comes in and traps Robin Uthappa to leave Rajasthan Royals tottering in their chase of 159. RR suffered a big blow in the second over as Khaleel Ahmed bowls Ben Stokes. Thereafter, Steve Smith got run out and Jos Buttler inside edged one to the 'keeper as RR get off to a poor start in the first five overs. Uthappa and Sanju Samson tried to rebuild but Rashid broke the partnership to bring SRH back in the contest. Earlier, Manish Pandey hit a fifty and Kane Williamson, Priyam Garg got some big hits in the last two overs as SunRisers Hyderabad finished on 158/4. After SRH won the toss and chose to bat, Jofra Archer and Shreyas Gopal maintained good areas in the Powerplay as David Warner and Jonny Baitstow got only one boundary in the first four overs. Kartik Tyagi reaped the rewards for Archer and Gopal's labour as he got Bairstow caught in the deep at mid-wicket by Sanju Samson. Warner and Manish Pandey tried to rebuild as SRH looked to up the ante. However, Rajasthan bowled extremely well to keep the two batsmen from clearing the ropes as much as they would have liked.
