The incident of a Dalit Girl Gangrape with a minor Dalit girl has come to light in Dewasoki village of Fatuha Gangrape police station area of Patna. In this regard, there was a stir in the department after the victim complained about the Fatuha police station. The police have arrested four accused named in quick action. At the same time, the police are raiding for the arrest of another accused named absconding.
According to the information received, the incident is late on the night of October 8. As soon as the victim came out of her home to go to the farm, five men from the village already ambushed her, grabbed her, and gang-raped her. After the incident, the victim returned home and informed her family about the whole matter. After which the family took him to the local Fatuha police station where they lodged an FIR against the five accused. Police have sent the victim girl to the hospital for medical examination.
A special team was formed under the leadership of Fatuha Additional SP on the direction of Rural SP Kantesh Kumar Mishra. The police conducted raids in the night and arrested four accused named, while the absconding police are conducting an intensive campaign for the arrest of another named accused. Confirming the incident, rural SP Kantesh Kumar Mishra said that the absconding fifth accused should also be arrested soon. He has spoken of running a speedy trial against the accused.
