AAP Punjab to protest at Jantar Mantar tomorrow

Chandigarh, Oct 11 (UNI) Calling an all-out attack against the "black farm laws", Aam Aadmi Party on Sunday said that they will be protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Monday.
Giving details about the program, Punjab Affairs in-charge Jarnail Singh said that the party’s Punjab cadre will protest at Jantar Mantar from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in solidarity with the farmers who are agitating in Punjab and Haryana against the anti-farmer laws.

Jarnail Singh added that the protests would be led by Aam Aadmi Party Punjab President and Member of Parliament (MP) Bhagwant Mann. Jarnail Singh further added that Bhagwant Mann would be accompanied by AAP MLAs from Punjab and Delhi, Delhi government cabinet ministers, AAP Rajya Sabha MPs and the cadre of AAP Punjab and AAP Delhi. He said that this was the time to stand together against the forces who want to sell the farmers livelihood to corporate housholds.

Appealing to the people of Punjab to participate in AAP’s protest, Bhagwant Mann said that the farm laws have forced everyone in Punjab to come out on the streets and protest against these laws, in support of these protests and to take their message to the corridors of power AAP is going to protest at Jantar Mantar. Mann further added that the government sitting at the center has gone deaf, they are unable to hear the loud cries of the farmers that are coming from Punjab and Haryana, Aam Aadmi Party’s only objective to protest at Jantar Mantar is to shout even louder so that the government can hear through their deaf ears.
