“The Congress misled our cultivator brethren in the name of agrarian debt waiver and made hollow promises vis-à-vis development to the commoner,” the veteran leader averred while addressing a workers’ convention at this district headquarters.

The Agriculture and Food departments were directed to make preparations for procurement as per cultivators’ convenience. The process of registration for sale of kharif output is in progress. Detailed directives are being issued regarding acquirement. Special arrangements will be made in paddy-producing districts. The gathering witnessed comprehensive discussion on buying paddy, payment to peasants and storage of yield.
see more.. 11 Oct 2020 | 2:32 AMBhopal, Oct 10 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will dedicate to the public – during an online programme scheduled to commence at 1000 hrs on Sunday at the state capital’s imposing Minto Hall – 1,584 infrastructure projects completed by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department by incurring an expenditure exceeding Rs 100 crore, it was officially learnt.
The senior politician shall also discuss various issues with panchayat functionaries of some districts. Minister of State for Panchayat and Rural Development Ramkhelawan Patel is expected to be among those present. The programme may be viewed on cmevents.mp.gov.in.
