Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan today stressed on a "new normal for festivals". "Shouldn't karma take precedence over Dharma?" the Union Minister asked.
"The whole world is fighting coronavirus. India is giving a tough fight to the outbreak. The government - under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi - is fighting the outbreak," he said.
