Ambala: Youth dies under mysterious circumstances, 2 friends booked

AMBALA: A youth identified as Sajan alias Mogli (21) of Kabir Nagar, Baldev Nagar in Ambala City died under mysterious circumstances early morning on Saturday, told the police.
The police have received a complaint from Sajan’s family, and the complainant named two of his friends, alleging that they had taken him along on Friday evening and left him outside home in unconscious condition early morning on Saturday.
A case has been registered against two accused identified as Manish and Rahul under Section 34 (common intention), 328 (causing hurt by means of poison, etc.) and 302 (punishment for murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Baldev Nagar police station on Saturday.
Baldev Nagar SHO inspector Satya Narayan told, “The family of Sajan alleged that he was taken outside by his friends Manish and Rahul on Friday and it is suspected that they ate and consumed something. Sajan was left outside his early morning at 5am on Saturday and they informed his family. The family took him to the hospital and he succumbed later. His family alleged that they gave him something poisonous and there is no injury mark on his body.”
“The post-mortem of deceased is being conducted and his body will be handed over to the family for last rites. Further investigation is being done after registering a case on the basis of the statement of the family”, told SHO Baldev Nagar.
