Southern actor Vijay Deverakonda, in his latest interview, shared his views on the current electoral system in India. When asked about his political debut down the line, Vijay said he doesn't have the patience for it. He further added that if at all he changes his mind, he'll like to be a dictator. Not just that, the actor said that only 'dictatorship' can bring the necessary changes in the society and that's what he would like to do. Soon after Vijay's interview hit the headline and he got called out by the netizens for his controversial statement. Where a Twitter user wrote, 'Deverakonda is a classic example of how apolitical folks slowly move towards RW Authoritarianism in the end', many others expressed their anger over calling his statement as 'disappointing and ridiculous'.
