Bihar mourns demise of Ramvilas Paswan

Patna, Oct 8 (UNI) The demise of Union Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution System Minister and a popular leader Ram Vilas Paswan sent a deep shock in entire Bihar.
People at his birth place Shaharbanni in Khagaria district and at his political base Hajipur, while mourning their leaders' death remembered the services of Mr Paswan rendered during 51 years of his life.
The political leaders cutting across party line mourned his death.
In their condolence messages Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan,Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi , Union Minister Giriraj Singh, Bihar Information and Public Relation Department Minister Niraj Kumar, Leader of RJD legislator party in Bihar legislature Rabri Devi, Leader of opposition Tejasvi Prasad Yadav, former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, Ministers MP, MLA and other leaders described Mr Paswan as the voice of the oppressed who championed the cause of the marginalized.
The leaders paying tribute said that the Nation has lost a visionary leader. He was among the most active and longest-serving members of parliament.
They also remembered his political wisdom and enviable rapport with masses.
The other who mourned his death include BJP state president Sanjay Jayaswal ,Janata Dal (U) State president and MP Vashishth Narayan Singh, BJP Bihar election incharge and former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, JD ( U) MP Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh, JD( U) state working president and Bihar building construction Minister Ashok Chaudhay, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey, Bihar agriculture minister Prem Kumar ,former Bihar Minister Shyam Rajak, Congress legislator party leader Sadanand Singh ,Communist Party of India Marxist Leninist - CPI (ML) National General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, national president of Vikas Sheel Insan party (VIP) Mukesh Sahani ,Rashtriya Lok Samta party national president Upendra Kushwaha, Jan Adhikar party chief Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav.
