Man stabbed to death over petty dispute in Kalyan

KALYAN: A-35 year old man was stabbed to death during an argument with a friend over three days old petty dispute in Kalyan on Friday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Sujit Patil,35, who used to work as security guard while arrested accused is identified as Kiran Bharam (25). Both are residents of Milind Nagar area in Kalyan. Police said that three days ago, both fought over a petty issue in a party.
Khadakpada police probing the case said to take revenge of same on Friday afternoon accused Bharam came near Patil's residence where he stabbed him to death. The police has arrested Bharam but are trying to find out if anybody else was involved in the killing.
Anil Powar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kalyan division said, "The primary probe has revealed that arrested accused and deceased three days ago had dispute which resulted in to killing and further probe is on".
