Bigg Boss 14 airs on Colors.Popular reality show Bigg Boss is back with its fourteenth season. Hosted by Salman Khan, the show promises to be more entertaining than previous seasons. With ‘Ab Paltega Scene, Kyunki Bigg Boss Dega 2020 Ko Jawab’ as the theme, the makers have ensured several twists in the show. The contestants for the season are Abhinav Shukla, Eijaz Khan, Rahul Vaidya, Pavitra Punia, Jasmin Bhasin, Nikki Tamboli, Shehzad Deol, Jaan Kumar Sanu, Rubina Dilaik, Nishant Singh Malkani and Sara Gurpal.
Adding to the thrill of the show are the three ‘Toofani Seniors’, Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan, who have the power to change the game of the freshers (new contestants). Sidharth is the king of the bedroom, and it is only with his permission that this season’s contestants get to use the beds. Hina Khan is the owner of BB Mall where all the belongings of the contestants have been put. Every day, the contestants have to pick seven items which they need from the BB Mall. Lastly, Gauahar Khan is the queen of the kitchen and if the contestants will get food or not is in her hands.
The ‘Toofani Seniors’ will be staying in the Bigg Boss house for 14 days. After that, they will decide who all deserve to go ahead in the show and who will leave the Bigg Boss house. But, as of now, the show appears to be more about Sidharth, Hina and Gauahar rather than the new contestants. The actual side of the freshers will only come out after the ‘Toofani Seniors’ exit the show.

However, a few from the current lot, including Nikki Tamboli, Pavitra Punia, Shehzad Deol and Abhinav Shukla, have shown their capability to go ahead in the show. They are making sure to grab the attention of the cameras in the house. Now, it remains to be seen how they fare in the coming days.
Salman Khan informs the audience that in Sunday's episode, one of the nominated contestants will be eliminated. He bids goodbye to the audience and asks them to stay safe.
Salman Khan congratulates Nikki Tamboli for becoming the first confirmed contestant. He reveals that she will be given powers, which Bigg Boss will inform later. Salman also mentions that she will be involved in making rules with 'Toofani Seniors'.
'Toofani Seniors' Hina Khan, Gauahar Khan and Sidharth Shukla chose Nikki Tamboli as the confirmed fresher stating that she deserves it as she is vocal about her points, has brains to get her job done, proved herself in the task and won immunity.
Caller of the week Aditya Kumar speaks to Nishant Singh Malkani. Aditya remarks that while Nishant's premiere entry was like a hero, in the first week, the audience hardly got to see him. In response, Nishant says that he spent the time getting to know his co-contestants and helping people in the house. But now, he will focus on his own game.
Salman asks Jasmin Bhasin why she leaves her fight in between. As Jasmin explains, Nikki agrees with Salman and says that Jasmin stops fighting for herself after a point of time because she does not want to indulge in fights. Jasmin says she will surely stand for herself from now on. Salman tells Jasmin that her quality of not being part of fights is good in the real world, but in the Bigg Boss house, it is important to stand up for herself.
Eijaz Khan says that he won’t let anyone take him for granted. He says Jasmin didn’t even credit him for the dress she wore and he was hurt because of that. Jasmin gets hurt because of Eijaz and ends up crying, saying that she looked up to him, but he has disappointed her.
Eijaz Khan shares a past experience with Sidharth Shukla. He’s scared that his experience will affect his today and his moments in the game. He tells Sidharth that he was trying to control when he was angry at Nikki Tamboli and also felt bad when he yelled at Rubina. Sidharth called Bigg Boss house the safest place. Salman tells Eijaz that he doesn’t have to be worried if he’s not doing anything wrong. Eijaz explains that he is very conscious while talking to ladies in the house and becomes awkward.
Salman Khan says people are not able to understand the relationships in the house, and even the housemates have no clue about the bond they share with each other. He tells that during the task, instead of supporting friends, people are going against their own people. Gauahar Khan says no one was attempting to even take part in task. She says Eijaz Khan was the only one trying. Sidharth Shukla says that during the task, everyone was laid back.
Salman Khan tells Rubina Dilaik that the lone warrior has always won in real life and Bigg Boss world. He also appreciates Rubina and Abhinav as a couple.
Sidharth Shukla says Rubina Dilaik had a chance to shine when she was living in the garden area. However, he thinks she was cribbing more, which made her boring.
Salman Khan tells Rubina Dilaik to think logically about Bigg Boss house rules. He also tells Rubina that apart from Nikki Tamboli, she is a contestant who stands up for herself. Salman says Rubina has what it takes to be the winner. He also asks Abhinav Shukla to stay away from Rubina’s game as she is very much capable of doing things on her own. Salman says Rubina gets steered away by Abhinav, which makes her wrong in front of others.
Salman Khan gives Nikki Tamboli access to BB Mall and asks her to take as many things as she can. She takes dresses, shoes, perfumes and so much more. Salman advises Nikki’s future boyfriend that he should be careful as she will clear his pockets as well as the mall.
Salman Khan appreciates Nikki Tamboli’s performance. Hina Khan says Nikki puts across her points properly and takes tasks seriously. She lauds Nikki's sportsman spirit because she values immunity more than anything.
Salman Khan tells the contestants that BB Mall is now open for all. Everyone celebrates the news.
Salman Khan asks Jaan Kumar Sanu when will he show his qualities to the audience.
Salman Khan says that in the history of Bigg Boss, for the first time, there are live viewers in the house since day one. These contestants are just observing and not participating. He mentions that Sara Gurpal, Nishant Singh Malkani and Abhinav Shukla are not actively participating in the house.
In an episode this week, Jasmin Bhasin was seen crying because she didn’t know how to wash clothes. Salman Khan teases Jasmin and tests her knowledge about the quantity of detergent needed to wash a bucket full of clothes.
Jasmin says she has never washed clothes in her house and when she was doing the work, she was missing her house help.
Salman Khan praises Nikki Tamboli and Pavitra Punia for their performance in the immunity task. Salman informs Pavitra and Nikki that one of them will become as important as seniors, but the choice will remain with Hina Khan, Sidharth Shukla and Gauahar Khan.
Coming back on the stage, Salman Khan tells the audience that one among Pavitra Punia and Nikki Tamboli is all set to become as powerful as the seniors in the house.
Rubina Dilaik says that despite her asking seniors for help when Abhinav Shukla was in the task to win immunity, Gauahar Khan chose to help Nikki Tamboli instead. She says all three are supporting Nikki.
