SSB jawan from UP missing in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 9 (UNI) A jawan of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) was reported missing from a camp in the outskirts of Srinagar city, official sources said on Friday.
An SSB jawan identified as Jitendra, a resident of Uttar Pradesh (UP), went missing from his camp at Saderbal since yesterday. After he could not be traced, a missing report was lodged in police station Lal Bazar in the city outskirts.
Police have registered a case and started investigation, they said.

Bhopal, Oct 8 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan alleged on Thursday that the predecessor Congress dispensation’s decision – to stop presenting the Manikchand Vajpayee Journalism Award – was a step fuelled by political antipathy.
