Earlier, mild tremors were felt on September 19 in Dharamshala and its surrounding areas. The magnitude of the earthquake on the Richter scale was measured at 2.8. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake that occurred at 8:15 am was 70 km north of Dharamshala.
