Anandiben Patel, Yogi Adityanath express condolence on demise of Ramvilas Paswan

Lucknow, Oct 8 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh governor Anandiben Patel and chief minister Yogi Adityanath have expressed their condolence on the demise of union minister and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) founder Ramvilas Paswan in New Delhi on Thursday following a prolonged illness.

Governor Anandiben Patel said that Mr Paswan always fought for the cause of the poor and Dalits. His death would certainly create a political vacuum in the country.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath too expressed his grief and said that Mr Paswan was a senior and experienced politician and always dedicated for the cause of the oppressed class.

He said the country will always miss such a big leader.

Among others who also conveyed their co silences are assembly speaker Hridya Narain Dikshit, SP president Akhilesh Yadav, SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav and others.
