Addressing the Digital Transformation World, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that I am confident that India will lead the fourth industrial revolution. Digital technologies such as digital connectivity, cloud computing, Internet of Things, smart devices, artificial intelligence, and robotics will form the backbone of the fourth industrial revolution.

Praising Jio, Mukesh Ambani said that India was stuck in 2G before Jio came. The country got IP-based network connectivity for the first time through Jio. While the rest of the companies took 25 years to install the 2G network, Jio established a 4G network in India in just 3 years.

Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industry said that in the fourth industrial revolution, digital and physical technologies like digital connectivity, cloud and edge computing, IoT, and New technologies such as smart devices, artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain, AR / VR, and genomics came in. Jio was conceived in India to enable this journey.

Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that it took the Indian telecom industry 25 years to build its 2G network, but Jio built its 4G network in only 3 years. We have launched the world's lowest data tariff plan to provide data services across India and provide the facility of free voice service for Jio users to talk on calls.

He said that before Jio, more than half a billion Indians were not getting the benefit of the digital movement. Because they could not buy a smartphone and had to use 2G feature phones. Our young and talented Jio engineers designed the world's ultra-affordable device JioPhone. More than 100 million Indians used this phone in less than a year.

The chairman of Reliance Industries said that Jio offers customers many mobile applications including apps such as live TV, movies, music, news, magazines, and other applications such as financial payments. This is the reason that after the arrival of Jio, the monthly consumption of data in India has increased from 0.2 billion GB to 1.2 billion GB. And data consumption has already increased manifold.
