Rhea Chakraborty won't be arrested for the second time: NCB

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty recently received bail in the on-going 'drug nexus' probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Now, deputy director of NCB, Ashok Mutha Jain, states that the NCB will examine the HC decision before they decide to approach the Supreme Court. Stating that she can't get arrested in the second FIR registered by NCB's Delhi unit, they further added that 'a person can not be prosecuted and punished for the same offense second time as per Article 20 of the Indian Constitution'. Meanwhile, the High Court has rejected Rhea's brother Showik Chakraborty's bail plea.
