Jammu Police files charge-sheet against 6 in JeM terror module case

Jammu, Oct 8 (UNI) In an alleged ‘Money and Technology Transfer’ case, Jammu Police in RS Pura on Thursday filed a charge-sheet against 6 hardcore OGWs of Jaish-e-Mohammad (a banned terrorist organisation) including a Pakistani terrorist Abdul Rehman lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail.

The charge sheet was filed at 3rd Additional Session Court Jammu.
"The case against the accused was registered at police station RS Pura Jammu. The accused were motivating youth to join militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad and provided logistic support to them", the police said in a statement.
Further investigation in the case is under progress and supplementary challan would be produced in due course of time, the police added.
