Lucknow, Oct 8 (UNI) On the call given by Prime minister Narendra Modi for making Covid prevention a mass movement in the country, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath along with his ministerial colleagues, officials and state government employees took a pledge to follow the guidelines and three point prevention from this virus.
UP joined the country on Thursday in the mass movement where pledge was taken in three points of wearing face mask, follow physical social distancing and wash hands repeatedly, informed state additional chief secretary, information , Navneet Sehgal here.
CM on the occasion said that such movement will strengthen the country's fight against Covid 19 and it will create more awareness among the people.
The pledge says that ," I take a pledge to be cautious about Covid 19 and will be careful on the threat of the virus on myself and my friends. I promise to follow all the preventive measures to stop this virus and will aware it among other people. I will always wear face mask or face cover particularly at the public places, secondly, I will follow physical social distancing of 2 yards and thirdly will wash my hands repeatedly with soap and water. We will fight together and unitedly to defeat Covid."
The ministers who took the pledge are finance minsiter Suresh Kumar Khanna,, industry minister Satish Mahana,, MSME minister Sidharthnath Singh, health minister Jai Pratap Singh and, minister of state for health Atul Garg.
