From October 2019 to March 2020, there were 104 calls between the two phones, out of which 62 calls came on the phone of the accused Sandeep, while 42 calls were on the phone of the victim's brother.

Sources claim that the victim's brother's phone was used by his wife, the same phone is being claimed to have a conversation between the victim and Sandeep. The UP police in its investigation found that there was talk at regular intervals between the victim's family and the accused Sandeep. The SIT can submit its investigation report to the Uttar Pradesh government today.

Meanwhile, AP Singh, the lawyer for the accused, claims that the victim has been murdered by her brother herself. Lawyer AP Singh claims that the case is being politicized. The accused are being implicated, so they are fighting this case. AP Singh has been appointed by the Kshatriya Mahasabha to defend the accused in the Hathras case.

UP government appeals to SC for CBI investigation

In the Hathras incident, a hearing was held in the Supreme on Tuesday, in which arguments were made for the CBI investigation and transfer of the case from UP. It was said by the UP government that the CBI investigation of the case can be done under the supervision of the Supreme Court. The petitioners also raised the issue of security of the victim's family, on which the court asked the UP government to give an affidavit.

In the Hathras incident, the Yogi government has clarified by filing an affidavit in the Supreme Court about the last rites of the victim at the midnight that there was a possibility of crowd gathering and tension in the morning.
