Police: Alleged teen-aged prostitute arrested after undercover bust

Wichita Falls Police arrested a 19-year-old woman after she reportedly made a deal with an undercover officer for sex in exchange for $70 and French toast sticks.

According to the arrest warrant:

In early March an undercover officer contacted  Kaylee Ryder through Facebook. Ryder sent a message saying she needed money for a hotel room and food.

The undercover officer met Ryder and asked her what she wanted to do. She said she would have sex for $70 and French Toast Sticks. While driving to the restaurant the deal was confirmed for $70 and a plan was made to find an abandoned parking lot to have intercourse.

While driving officers initiated a traffic stop where officers told her she had warrants. The officers gave a false reason for detaining Ryder at the time to maintain the undercover status. She was taken back to the hotel after she was interviewed about another investigation and was released pending further investigation.

Police public information officer Jeff Hughes said Ryder was arrested Monday and charged with prostitution. Her bond was set at $2,500 by a judge and she was released from jail custody the following day.
