No enforcement drive for HSRP: Kailash Gahlot

Delhi’s transport minister Kailash Gahlot on Tuesday instructed the transport department to delay enforcement against vehicles that don’t have high security registration plates (HSRP) or colour-coded fuel stickers till further orders.
