Arsenal fans were expecting to see Sead Kolasinac, Lucas Torreira or Matteo Guendouzi to leave but not this man.
Their beloved mascot Gunnersaurus has been sacked by Arsenal due to cost-cutting.

Since 1993, the dinosaur was a permanent fixture at home games, however, he had to be let go as the role is deemed no longer necessary.
The absence of fans at games has impacted revenue and Gunnersaurus was made to join 55 other redundancies in north London. However, the club insist the mascot will return, according to The Athletic
As for the job cuts, it was in August that the Gunners had announced this decision due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Since being created in 1993, Jerry Quy has played the role of Gunnersauraus. He has been hugely popular at Arsenal for even being involved in the Junior Gunners and Travel Club.
He has been inside the costume since the start and made his debut at Highbury in a league game against Manchester City.
He stayed true to his role even during the lockdown as he kept posting a series of ‘Gunnersaurus at home’ posts on social media.
One could see Gunnersaurus ironing, gardening, and watching Bargain Hunt after being forced into self-isolation.
Hope everyone is well
