911 cellphone calls not going through in Kent and Sussex counties

Delaware State Police say cellphone users tonight in Kent and Sussex counites are experiencing difficulties when dialing 911.
The difficulties were shared at 7:48 p.m. Monday.
Police say until the problem is fixed, people with emergencies can text the following numbers:
- Kent County 911 Administration: (302) 734-6050
- Dover PD Administration: (302) 736-7111
- Sussex County 911: (302) 855-2970
- Rehoboth Beach: (302) 227-2577.
In late September, Delaware and some other emergency call centers nationally could not receive 911 calls and callers received a busy signal – whether they used a landline or cellphone.
In Delaware, the service was restored following a 45-minute outage.
