Demand for male nurses surges in N Karnataka

Triggered by the pandemic, the demand for male nurses has shot up in many districts in North Karnataka. Many women nurses have quit fearing infection or of carrying the disease home and infecting family members and hospitals too are not keen on filling those posts with women, since many face family pressure.
